UROLUM is a factory-direct supplier of one thing: the wick-style external catheter consumable, sold by the box to wholesalers, dealers, agencies, and resellers in the United States and Canada.
Why this product, and only this product
A collection system is a machine plus a consumable. The machine is bought once, usually through a dealer, and then it sits in a bedroom for years. The consumable is bought every month, forever, and it is the only line in the whole system that a customer actually re-shops on price.
The brand that makes the machine prices that consumable at $255.75 to $450.00 a box. Much of that price is not the wick — it is the pump business, the service network, the reimbursement operation, and the distributor margin stacked on top of all three. We do not carry any of that. We make the wick, we ship it factory direct, and we publish the price.
So we deliberately do not sell pumps, do not sell accessories, and do not run a catalogue. Two SKUs, one box format, one set of terms. That is the whole company.
How we work
- Published prices. No quote-gated mystery for the product itself — only freight is quoted, because only freight depends on where you are.
- Prepaid, always. Production starts when funds clear. That rule is what keeps the unit price at a fifth of the brand.

Our products are non-medical daily care accessories. They are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. We do not hold ourselves out as a manufacturer of regulated devices, and we do not act as a regulatory representative for any market.
Buyers decide whether resale or distribution in their own jurisdiction needs a licence or authorisation, and obtain it. We will tell you what the product is made of and how it is packed. We will not tell you it is cleared for a channel it is not cleared for.
