Terms of sale

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms apply to every quotation, proforma invoice, and sale of goods by UROLUM ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company. Any terms you propose are rejected unless we accept them in writing.

Prices shown on this website are indicative and are not an offer capable of acceptance. The binding figure is the one on the proforma invoice we issue to you, which is valid for seven days from its issue date unless it states otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch, and will cancel and refund any order affected by an error rather than supply at the wrong price.

All prices are in United States dollars, per box, and exclude freight unless the invoice states otherwise.

All orders are prepaid in full before production begins. We do not offer credit terms, deposits, cash on delivery, installment payment, escrow, or documentary collection.

Payment is by bank transfer, which carries no surcharge, or by PayPal, where a 5% processing fee is added to the invoice total and borne by the buyer. Bank charges levied by your bank, and any currency conversion cost, are yours. Where a transfer arrives short by reason of such charges, the shortfall is either invoiced again or deducted from the dispatched quantity, at our option.

Production is scheduled only once funds have cleared in our account. Receipt of a payment confirmation, screenshot, or remittance advice is not clearance.

You may change or cancel an order at no charge until production starts. Once production has started, cancellation is at our discretion and may carry a charge for materials already consumed and labour already performed. Private-label orders cannot be cancelled once artwork has been approved and printing has begun.

Freight is quoted separately on the proforma invoice, based on destination and total shipment weight, except where the invoice states freight is included. Quoted transit times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

Unless the invoice states a delivered-terms arrangement, risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed to the carrier. Import duties, taxes, customs brokerage, and any destination charges are your responsibility and are not included in our price. If a shipment is held, returned, or destroyed because duties were not paid, the loss is yours.

Production typically takes 7 to 10 business days from clearance of funds. Private-label print and packing add approximately 5 to 7 business days. Ocean freight then takes 16 to 23 days depending on the service selected. Samples ship by air express and typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. These are typical figures, not commitments, and are extended by public holidays, port congestion, and carrier disruption.

You must inspect the goods on arrival. Any claim for shortage, damage, or incorrect goods must be notified to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the carton, the label, and the affected units. Claims made after that window may be declined. Shortages are measured against the packing list, not against your own count taken after the carton has been opened and redistributed.

We accept returns only for goods that are defective on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or short-shipped, and only where the claim is notified within the window in clause 7. Our liability in such cases is limited, at our option, to replacement of the affected units or refund of the price paid for them.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, over-ordering, slow resale, damaged packaging after delivery, or goods stored outside the conditions stated on the carton. Opened boxes are not returnable except where the defect could not have been seen unopened.

Title to the goods passes to you when we receive payment in full. Risk passes as described in clause 5.

Our products are non-medical daily care accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. See our disclaimer.

You are responsible for determining whether importing, reselling, or distributing the products in your market requires any licence, registration, marketing authorisation, or labelling change, and for obtaining and complying with it. You are responsible for the accuracy of any artwork, claims, and contact details you ask us to print, and for holding the rights to any trademark you supply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of resale opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including epidemic restrictions, port or customs disruption, carrier failure, factory shutdown, shortage of raw material, or changes in law. Where such an event continues for more than 60 days, either party may cancel the affected order and we will refund amounts paid for goods not yet produced.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute by negotiation in good faith. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the dispute is referred to arbitration seated in Guangzhou, conducted in English, and the award is final and binding on both parties.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published on the date we issue your proforma invoice.
