Issued within one business day of your enquiry. Valid 7 days. It fixes the price and the freight.
You pay 100%
Transfer or PayPal against the invoice number. No deposit stage, no balance stage.
We confirm receipt
Funds cleared is confirmed by email, and production is scheduled the same day.
Production, then freight
7–10 business days to produce, then your chosen service. Tracking goes out on dispatch.

What the proforma shows.
- Invoice number and issue date, valid 7 days
- SKU, box quantity, unit price, and line total in USD
- Freight, itemised separately — or waived at the male 100-box threshold
- Payment surcharge, if you choose PayPal
- Beneficiary banking details, or the PayPal account, as separate instructions
- Estimated production and dispatch dates
